The Hawkins Cellars Personalized Wine Club

We have developed our wine club with the understanding that clubs can be restrictive because the selections are made by the winery.  We know that it’s hard to justify paying for wines you don’t appreciate so our club lets you decide which wines you want to receive!  Here’s the deal:

* 3 Shipments Of 4 Bottles A Year.  You select only the wines you enjoy! We’ll give you the opportunity to choose your own or, if you like surprises, you can let us make selections for you.  During a two-wee time period prior to the shipment release, just email us your four selections.  If we don’t hear from you by the ship date, you will receive a selection chosen by Hawkins Cellars.

*Deep Discounts On All Purchases. 25% off club shipments, as well as Hawkins Cellars’ wines you buy in the tasting room, order online, or by phone.

*Free Wine Tasting.  For you and 2 friends whenever you visit our Carlton tasting room.

*Wine Club Only Wines And Events. Preview new wines before they are released to the public at special member only events.  Also, special limited release wine club only blends.

*Free Membership.  No fee to join.

*Wine Pick Up Option. Local club members can pick up their wines from our Carlton tasting room. Save on shipping costs and taste wine while you’re there!

*Minimum Obligation.  If the club doesn’t suit your needs after at least 2 shipments, let us know you’d like to withdraw your membership.

We will send shipments in October, January and April.  Members will receive an email from Hawkins Cellars notifying you of the 2 week selection period.  Let us know within that time which 4 wines you would like.  If we don’t hear from you, you’ll receive 4 great wines chosen by Hawkins Cellars.

Current selections are:  2008 Pinot Gris, 2007 Pinot Noir, 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007 Syrah.

Interested in joining?  Send an email to sarah@hawkinscellars.com with your name, shipping address, phone number, email address, billing address( if different from shipping) and date of birth.  I will contact you to get your credit card number.  We are working on adding a secure form so that you will be able to enter that information safely. In the mean time if you’d like to take advantage of the October shipment, I will get in touch with you once you email your interest.

Remember, you must be 21 to join and live in a state where it is legal to ship wine.  An adult signature is required to receive the shipment so you may want to select a location such as your office to receive the package.
